IT-Service Management

The main objectives of IT Service Management are to orient the IT services to the present and future requirements of the company and its customers, to improve the quality and transparency of the services performed and to reduce the long-term costs of these services. The performance of the service rendered is standardised, the quality is ensured and the efficiency of the IT is raised through the definition and implementation of Service Level Agreements and processes in the IT Service area.
