In changing current contractual agreements, the Supervisory Board of caatoosee ag has asked Stefan Ahrens, sole member of the Management Board, to continue in his function as sole member of the Management Board of caatoosee ag, Leonberg, beyond December 31, 2008. Stefan Ahrens has accepted this request and will continue in his function as sole member of the Management Board of caatoosee ag.
