caatoosee ag CEO, Guido Alt, has announced that he will be resigning from his position effective as of 30 June 2008. Guido Alt founded the Company in 1995 and, following numerous economically successful years in September 2000, then took the Company public. Subsequently he led the Company through a difficult restructuring phase. Today, caatoosee is an IT outsourcing specialist with a strong capital base and an equity ratio of almost 80%.
 
Following 13 years at the top, Guido Alt is leaving the Company of his own free will in order to move on to further challenges. He will remain associated with the Company as a shareholder.
 
The Management Board and the Supervisory Board have noted Mr. Alt’s decision with great regret and wish him the very best in all his future endeavours.
